From time to time, units become available for rent or sale. The Village does not rent or sell any units. Prospective buyers/tenants must get in touch with the owner or estate agent responsible. The following procedures must be followed:

Prospective buyers/tenants need to arrange an interview with the office, before concluding a transaction, to ensure that they are aware of the rules of the Village.

Herewith answers provided to questions frequently asked:

1. Residents must be fifty years and older.
   (A spouse who lives with the resident may be younger).
2. Maximum of two people per unit.
3. Residents must be able to live independently and be self-sustaining.
4. No pets are permitted.
5. No frail care facility.
