Financial Service Provider
Where necessary duties at the village are outsourced.
Financial Services are managed by the Finance Chairperson in conjunction with Coleman Properties as Managing Agent. Coleman Properties was established in April 1995. Some of their duties include the distribution of monthly levy statements, feedback to the Committee of the Management Association with regards to financial matters, assisting with the arranging of the annual audit of the village, to name but a few.
Security Service Provider
Hi Zone Security Services is our appointed security company. Security is central to safe and comfortable living in a retirement village. The company is headed up by a team of specialists that together, have over 25 years of experience and expertise. The Village has 24 hours security. The assistance of ER24 and Netcare Ambulance service is part of our contract with Hi Zone.
Coffee Shop
BLK Coffee Shop offers meals that can be delivered at the units. The Coffee Shop is open on certain days for sit-down meals. Frozen meals are also on offer. Catering for different functions is part of their service. This must be organised in advance directly with BLK Coffee Shop and availability of the hall must be checked and booked at the office prior to arrangements with BLK Coffee Shop.
Garden Servicing
The Caretakers Garden Services was established in 2009 and offers professional garden maintenance and advice provided by a team of workers and employs the services of a professional Horticulturist.
