Body Corporate (CMA)

A Committee of the Management Association (CMA) is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting, held at the end of February each year.  The Committee works voluntarily and gives of their time and expertise to ensure the smooth running of the Village.  The Committee meets monthly to discuss matters and a Special Meeting of the Committee is called should it be found necessary.

Each portfolio has a Chairperson and where necessary sub-committees are formed to assist the Chairperson to execute various functions and to implement different projects.

The portfolios are:  Finance, Maintenance, Security, Gardening, Community Services, Strategic Planning/Special Projects, Entertainment and Management Services. The Developer of the Village also forms part of the Committee.  A Chairperson is elected annually by the Committee.

 Levies.  A portion of levy contributions go towards the upkeep of the common areas of the Village as the facilities are there for all to enjoy.  A levy stabilisation fund (Ten Year Maintenance plan) has been established and should ensure that no special levies should be necessary to fund larger special projects.

Administration

Our office hours are Mondays – Fridays from 08h00 to 13h00.  The in house Administrator, is Collette Mortimer.  She is responsible for the smooth running of the Village administration.  She also works closely with the Committee of the Management Association. The Administrator is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 08h00 and 10h00 to assist Residents with any problems that may occur.
